Pricing FAQ
How is a "verification" counted?+
One vendor row = one verification, regardless of how many of the 12 portals we hit. We never double-bill you for hitting MCA + EPFO + ESIC for the same vendor.
Are refunds available?+
Pro-rated refund within the first 14 days if Sahayak is not a fit. After that, we credit unused verifications towards the next month — no expiry.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?+
Upgrade: prorated, takes effect immediately. Downgrade: takes effect at next renewal so you don't lose the volume you've already paid for.
What if I cancel?+
Cancel from Settings or by emailing sales@sahayakonline.co.in. Access continues till the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, then deleted; export before then or request retention extension.
