The problem

Compliance is tracked in a spreadsheet that nobody owns.

📅

Deadlines tracked in a spreadsheet

The "compliance calendar" is a Google Sheet. It hasn't been refreshed since FY24. Two of the deadlines on it are wrong because the regulator changed the form.

A missed renewal costs ₹50K–₹5L

CPCB consent lapsed mid-quarter? ₹50K penalty plus a "show cause" notice. Fire NOC expired? Production halts and reinstatement is a 4-week scramble. The annual cost of "we forgot" runs to lakhs.

👥

Ownership is fragmented

GST is Finance. PF/ESI is HR. Pollution is Plant. Fire NOC is Facilities. ROC is the company secretary. When something slips, everyone says "I thought X owned it." Internal audit cannot prove who did.

The solution

One grid. One owner per cell. One alert cascade.

1

Unified 12-regulator grid

One row per entity, one column per regulator. Green = compliant, amber = due in <30 days, red = overdue. Click a cell, see the underlying filing, owner, last action.

2

90/60/30/7-day cascade

Automated alerts at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before a renewal/filing. Email by default; Telegram and WhatsApp on Growth+. Owner gets the first nudge; CFO is CC'd at 30 days.

3

Multi-entity rollup

For groups: HoldCo gets a board-level rollup; subsidiary CFOs see only their slice. Same data, role-based view. Quarterly board pack exports in one click.

FAQ

Sharp questions. Honest answers.

How does the status get updated? Do I have to enter dates manually?+

For regulators with an online portal we have a working integration (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, FSSAI), status pulls automatically on a per-customer cron schedule. For state-licence types where there's no portal API (Fire NOC, Shop Act in some states), you enter the issue/expiry once and we drive the alerts off that. We are transparent about which is which.

What's the "rate-limit-per-regulator" thing?+

Each portal throttles us. Hammering MCA from a 100-entity group would get the IP blocked inside an hour. Our cron staggers requests per portal, per customer, so a multi-entity refresh runs over several hours rather than minutes. You see the refresh-time on every cell.

Can the alerts be customised per regulator?+

Yes. Default cadence is 90/60/30/7. You can suppress the 90 (some teams find it noisy), or add a 1-day "last call" reminder, or change which roles get pinged at each step.

Who has access to what?+

Three roles: Owner (one per cell), Viewer (entity-scoped), Admin (org-scoped). HoldCo CFO is Admin and sees rollups; subsidiary CFO is Admin on her entity and Viewer on others. Owners get the alert cascade.

Where does data sit?+

AWS Mumbai. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Audit log is append-only, exportable to CSV, queryable via REST API on Enterprise. Trust statement covers DPA, retention, and breach SLA.

What about the 12 regulators I don't apply for?+

Each regulator is opt-in per entity. FSSAI doesn't apply to a logistics company; CERT-In doesn't apply to a retail bakery. Hide the columns from the grid in 1 click; you only pay for what you're actually using on the Growth tier breakdown.
