14-day pro-rated refund. After that we credit unused months.

Upgrade: immediate, pro-rated. Downgrade: next renewal cycle.
If I cancel, what happens to my audit log?+
Audit log retained for 30 days post-cancellation. Export before then or request a retention extension. After 30 days it is deleted; we honour earlier DPDP §13 deletion requests inside 7 days.
