Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "seat"?+
One WhatsApp phone number = one seat. You can rotate the user behind a number, but the number itself is what we license. Adding a 6th seat on Growth pushes you to Enterprise pricing for the marginal seat.
Are refunds available?+
14-day pro-rated refund. After that, we credit unused months toward the next term if you downgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?+
Upgrades happen immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No retro-billing.
What if I cancel?+
Access continues till the end of the paid period. Conversation logs are retained for 30 days then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion (DPDP §13).
