Cancel your Sahayak subscription
Self-serve cancellation through the dashboard is shipping shortly. Until then, we cancel founder-direct — typically within 24 hours, often faster.
How to cancel today
- Email hello@sahayak.in with the subject Cancel Subscription.
- Include the email address you signed up with so we can match the Razorpay subscription.
- We process the cancellation within 24 hours. You'll receive confirmation from both Sahayak and Razorpay.

Every subscription email-receipt from Razorpay includes a Cancel subscription button. Clicking it cancels your billing immediately at Razorpay's end; our webhook picks it up and updates your Sahayak account state automatically — no second step required from you.
Founder-direct, if email is failing
If you don't get a reply within 24 hours, write directly to prafful@sahayak.in or book a 15-min slot. Cancellation is never blocked by a missed reply.
What happens after you cancel
- Your API key continues to work until the end of the current billing cycle — no abrupt cutoff.
- No further Razorpay charges are made.
- Your data and request logs are retained for 30 days, then deleted (DPDPA compliance).
- You can re-subscribe any time — same email, same kit, same key.
