2. Description of Service

Sahayak Data Services provides REST API access to structured Indian government data including regulatory, compliance, and business information.

3. API Usage Rules

You agree to:

• Use APIs only for lawful purposes
• Not resell API access without permission
• Respect rate limits on your plan
• Not attempt to bypass security

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at start of each period. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

5. Data Accuracy

Data is sourced from official government portals. We make no guarantee of accuracy. Always verify critical information with official sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sahayak Data Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our APIs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
