Sahayak Data Services offers API subscription services for Indian government data. This refund policy explains our terms for refunds and cancellations.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment
The API service was not functioning as described
You were charged incorrectly

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

More than 7 days have passed since payment
The API key has been used for more than 1,000 API calls
The request is for a partial month of service

How to Request a Refund

Email us at help@sahayakonline.co.in with subject line: "Refund Request"

Include:

Your registered email address
Payment date and amount
Reason for refund request

We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Amount will be credited to your original payment method.
