Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "live call"?
Any successful API request (HTTP 200) to a LIVE endpoint. Failed calls (4xx, 5xx, timeouts) and fixture-mode calls don't count toward your monthly cap.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We don't cut you off mid-month. Overages are billed at the per-call rate listed in your tier card on next month's invoice. You can also upgrade tiers mid-month — see below.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the remaining days in the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does fixture-flip-to-live work?
For any fixture-mode endpoint in our 87-API catalog, we activate live data delivery within 5–15 business days of order. Same API key, same base URL, same response schema — only the data changes from deterministic samples to real upstream regulator responses.
Is there a free trial?
The Sandbox tier is free forever — no card required, no auto-conversion. Use it for as long as you need to evaluate. The "free trial" framing other vendors use is usually a 14-day window before billing kicks in; ours is genuinely indefinite.
